It's Really Not All Fun and Games!
When you sit down to play a board game with family or friends, something unique is happening. For that next little while, you're unplugging the everyday stresses of life. You're connecting with others in ways that are hard to accomplish these days. And, you're doing really good things for your brain. Like recess for grownups, playing board games can increase our well-being, and lead to happiness overall. Playing games also:
